Who is Jessica Alupo?
Major Jessica Rose Epel Alupo, commonly known as Jessica Alupo, is a Ugandan politician, educator and former military officer. She is the current Minister of Education in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on Friday 27 May 2011. She replaced Namirembe Bitamazire, who was dropped from the Cabinet. Jessica Alupo is also the elected Member of Parliament for the Katakwi District Women's Representative.
