Who is Joe Atkins?
Joseph "Joe" Atkins is a Minnesota attorney and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party, he represents District 52B, which includes portions of Dakota County in the southeastern Twin Cities metropolitan area. He previously served as the mayor of Inver Grove Heights from 1992–2002.
