Who is Jon Allen?
Jon Joseph Allen is a current Canadian diplomat. He is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Israel since June 14, 2006. He is Canada's third Jewish ambassador to Israel.
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Allen received a degree in international law from the University of London.
