Who was Juan O'Donojú?
Juan de O'Donojú y O'Ryan was a Spanish military officer and Jefe Político Superior of New Spain from July 21, 1821 to September 28, 1821, during Mexico's war of independence. He was the last Spanish ruler of the colony.
