Who is Juraj Tarr?
Juraj Tarr is a Slovak sprint canoer who has competed since the late 1990s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won the silver medal in the K-4 1000 m event at Beijing in 2008.
Tarr also won five medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with a gold, two silvers, and two bronzes.
Tarr belongs to the Hungarian minority in Slovakia.
