Who was K.D. Kilpatrick?

Kenneth Dale Kilpatrick, Sr., known as K.D. Kilpatrick, was a funeral home owner in Ruston, Louisiana, who served as a Democratic member of the Louisiana State Senate for a single term from 1972 to 1976. He represented Union, Lincoln, and Jackson parishes and served alongside William Denis Brown, III, of neighboring Ouachita Parish.
