Who is K. Ragavendra Rao?
K. Raghavendra Rao, popularly known as Darshakendra is an Indian film director, screen writer and choreographer, known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema, few Bollywood and Kannada films. He has garnered six Andhra Pradesh state Nandi Awards and three Filmfare Awards South.
He has directed over 106 films and delivered blockbuster's in multiple genre's across romantic comedy, biographical, devotional, fantasy, melodrama, action and romance films. In 1992, He directed the melodrama, Gharana Mogudu, which became the first Telugu film to gross over 10 crore at the box office.
