Who is Kadar Brock?
Kadar Brock is an American artist who lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. His paintings and works on paper, which are abstract and full of diamond-shaped patterns, reflect an ongoing interest in the techniques of Bad Painting in the style of Martin Kippenberger and Albert Oehlen. He was formerly represented by Buia Gallery, a Chelsea gallery which has closed recently in the spring of 2009.
