Who is Kaiser Hamid?
Mohammad Kaisar Hamid is a Bangladeshi soccer player. He gained fame in the 1980s and 1990s as a central defender for Mohammedan Sporting Club in Dhaka's domestic league. His imposing height and mass of curly hair made him instantly recognizable on the soccer pitch, and he was a darling of Mohammedan fans for many years. He also represented Bangladesh at the national level. He currently resides in Dhaka. In 2003 he received his country's National Sports Award along with Sam Warren.
Kaiser Hamid's mother Rani Hamid is a famous chess player in South Asia. She is the first FIDE Woman International Master in the history of Bangladesh.
Personal Life Kaisar Hamid married Shahnaj Sultana Lopa on 19th February,1993. The following November they gave birth to their first daughter Kaarina Kaisar followed by their eldest son Mustafa Shaheer Hamid and Mohammad Sadat Hamid. The family is residing happily at their family home in Old DOHS.
