Who is Kannon Shanmugam?

Kannon Shanmugam is a partner at the law firm of Williams & Connolly, focusing on Supreme Court and appellate litigation. He has argued 13 cases before the Supreme Court, tying Edward Bennett Williams for the most by a lawyer in the firm's history. Shanmugam recently represented the defendant in Maryland v.
