Who was Ken Jones?
Ken Jones was an English actor.
Jones was born in Liverpool. After working as a signwriter and performing as an amateur, he trained at RADA and then joined Joan Littlewood's Theatre Workshop. He appeared in many films and television programmes and played a lead character in the British sitcom The Squirrels, but may be best known for his role as 'Horrible' Ives in Porridge. He also appeared in The Liver Birds as Uncle Dermot, and in Seconds Out as Dave Locket.
