Kevin Hales is a football coach. Before coaching, he played as a midfielder for Chelsea and Leyton Orient, managed Welling United and Erith & Belvedere, was assistant manager at Hornchurch and coached at Weymouth and Rushden & Diamonds.
His son, Lee, has progressed through the youth ranks of West Ham and joined his father on a 2 month loan spell at Rushden & Diamonds at the end of 2007.
