Who is Konstantin Paramonov?
Konstantin Valentinovich Paramonov is a Russian football coach and a former player. As of 2009, he is an assistant coach with FC Amkar Perm reserve team. He scored the most league goals in Amkar's history. He was the top scorer in Russian First Division in 1999 and the top scorer in Russian Second Division in 1996 and 1998.
