Who is Lady Alexandra Etherington?

Lady Alexandra Clare Etherington is the only daughter of James Carnegie, 3rd Duke of Fife and a great great great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria. She married Mark Fleming Etherington, on 11 May 2001. They have one daughter, Amelia Mary Carnegie Etherington. Occasionally, Lady Alexandra has been confused with another member of Britain's Royal family, Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy when the daily court circular is read, but Lady Alexandra makes no appearances on behalf of her cousin Queen Elizabeth II, though she has represented other members of the Royal Family on occasion. Lady Alexandra is in the line of succession to the British throne and one of the godmothers of Lady Louise Windsor.
