Who is Lady Katharine Tait?

Lady Katharine Jane Tait is a British author and essayist. The only daughter of Bertrand Russell and the eldest daughter of Dora Russell, she is a co-founder and Honorary Member of the Bertrand Russell Society. She has authored several essays about her father; as well as a book, My Father, Bertrand Russell, which was published in 1975.

Russell married Charles William Stuart Tait, a Christian minister in 1948; they had five children. Bertrand Russell reluctantly paid for his son-in-law's seminary education.
