Lại Văn Sâm is a Vietnamese journalist, he was host of many television programs, such as Đấu Trí, Đấu trường 100, Chiếc nón kỳ diệu, Hãy chọn giá đúng, SV '96, SV 2000 and Trò chơi liên tỉnh and now he is host of Ai là triệu phú? and Chúng tôi là chiến sỹ. He was also one of the founders of VTV3. He studied Hinduism for 12 years in the Soviet Union. On October 5, 2008 he received prize for the most popular gameshow host of VTV.
