Neal Lane Johnson, known as Lanny Johnson, is an American school superintendent in Winnsboro in Franklin Parish in northeastern Louisiana, who served as a Democrat in the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1976 to 1980.Previously, he was the superintendent in two other school districts.
