Carlos Manuel de Oliveira Magalhães, commonly known as Litos, is a Portuguese retired footballer who played as a central defender.
Over the course of nine seasons he appeared in 226 Primeira Liga games, mainly for Boavista with which he won the 2000–01 national championship. He also played several seasons in La Liga, with Málaga.
