Who is Lois Capps?
Lois Capps is the U.S. Representative for California's 24th congressional district, serving in Congress since 2003. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Her current district includes all of San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara County and a portion of Ventura County.
Capps serves on the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, where she is a member of the Energy and Air Quality Subcommittee and the Subcommittee on Health. She is a member of the New Democrat Coalition.
