Who is Ma Biao?
Ma Biao was born in August 1954 a native of Guangxi who joined the Communist Party of China in 1985. He was elected chairman of government in Guangxi on January 26, 2008. He was elected to the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in November 2012, and is a member of the Zhuang minority.
