Who is Mark Friedman?
Dr. Mark I. Friedman is a physiologist and a psychologist. He is most notable for a paper regarding human metabolism and food intake.
He was Associate Director at Monell Chemical Senses Center. In 2008, he was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship award, to study diet and obesity. He is currently Vice President of Research at Nutrition Science Initiative.
