Who is Martin Albrow?
Martin Albrow is a British sociologist, noted for his works on globalization. He was President of the British Sociological Association from 1985 to 1987 and editor-in-chief of Sociology from 1981 to 1984 and founding editor of International Sociology. He is Emeritus Professor at the Roehampton Institute and was a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics. He is the author of an short introductory book on Sociology called Sociology:The Basics.
