Who is Mary Lynn Rajskub?

Mary Lynn Rajskub is an actress, writer, and performer. Her continuing, fan favorite role as computer genius Chloe O'Brian in Fox's smash hit 24, helped earn the show a 2006 Emmy Award win for Best Drama and a 2005 and 2006 Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. The hugely successful show never ceases to deliver, showing astronomical ratings in its sixth season.

Rajskub is currently filming the independent film Sunshine Cleaning directed by Christine Jeffs. The movie also stars Amy Adams and Emily Blunt as sisters who find the meaning to life when they team up to run a service cleaning up after crime scenes and traumas. Her character, Lynn, is the object of Blunt's sexual obsession.

Rajskub stars as Peggy Orbison in the independent comedy, American Fork, which premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival. She was last seen in the critically acclaimed Academy Award winning Little Miss Sunshine.

Rajskub's film roster includes Firewall opposite Harrison Ford, Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde, Sweet Home Alabama, Punch-Drunk Love, Mysterious Skin, Dude, Where's My Car?, Storytelling, and Road Trip.

After arriving in Los Angeles, Rajskub was cast on David Cross and Bob Odenkirk's critically acclaimed HBO sketch comedy series, Mr. Show with Bob and David. Quickly thereafter, she switched to the network's The Larry Sanders Show. Rajskub followed up this work with appearances on The Army Show for Warner Bros. and The Downer Channel, a Steve Martin produced sketch series for NBC. Her episodic work includes The King of Queens, NewsRadio, Veronica's Closet, and Good Morning, Miami. She also starred in the CBS remake of Helter Skelter.

Rajskub went to the art school for painting but discovered performing arts. After her first one-woman show, she received a review saying her performance was "one of the strangest and funniest performances I have ever seen." From that moment, she began honing her skills as a comedian and dramatic actress. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
