Who is Maxim Behar?

Maxim Behar is a Bulgarian businessman, CEO and Chairman of the Board of M3 Communications Group, Inc, a public relations and public affairs company. Since 2012, he is also Chairman at Hill+Knowlton Strategy, Czech Republic. Member of tens of local and international boards and foundations, a university lecturer, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles in Bulgaria.

In 2013 he was elected Chairman of the Board of World Communications Forum in Davos and in 2012 was named "Manager of the year" in Bulgaria by an independent online vote by Manager magazine and TV Channel bTV. Same year Association of Business Communications of India announced Mr. Behar as "Communicator of the Decade".

Maxim Behar is a PR expert in Bulgaria. He is a founder and CEO of M3 Communications Group, Inc, a PR corporation in Bulgaria, and was also a Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian Association of Public Relations Agencies, now a Board Member, Deputy-Chairman of the Bulgarian Business leaders Forum - and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles to Bulgaria. Maxim Behar is a lecturer in universities around the world and author of articles on modern communications.
