Who is Michael Jung?
Michael
Jung joined the Securify board in December 2004. Prior to his
experience as a Principal at JPMorgan Partners, Mr. Jung was Vice
President of Corporate Strategy and Development at the Exigen GroupPrior to that, he served as Vice President of Strategic Corporate Development at Ask Jeeves, where he led the company's mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnership efforts.
He holds a JD and MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in
Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of
California at Berkeley. Mr. Jung also currently serves on the board of
directors for Peakstone, Tidal Software, Celarix and Gridion.
