Who was Milton Fowler Gregg?

Brigadier Milton Fowler Gregg, VC, PC, OC, CBE, MC, ED, CD was a Canadian officer, and recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces during the First World War. In later life, he was a Member of the Canadian Parliament, cabinet minister, academic, soldier and diplomat.
