Mary Mitzi Lim Cajayon is a Filipino politician. A member of the Liberal Party, she was elected as a Member of the House of Representatives, representing the Second District of Caloocan City beginning in 2007. She was an incumbent city councilor of the same legislative district when she won election to Congress.
