Professor Mohamed Zairi is a British academic and researcher in the field of Total Quality Management.
After postgraduate studies at North Staffordshire Polytechnic, he took up a teaching appointment at the School of Management, University of Bradford, where he is currently emeritus professor. He is also the Executive Chairman of European Centre for Best Practice Management based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
