Who is Moses Ali?
Lieutenant General Moses Ali is a Ugandan lawyer, politician and former military officer. He is the current Third Deputy Prime Minister and Leader of Government Business. He was appointed to that position in May 2011. He is also the elected Member of Parliament for "East Moyo County", Adjumani District from 2011 until 2016.
