Who is Mut-Ashkur?
Mut-Ashkur was the king of Assyria from 1750 BC to 1740 BC. He was the son and successor of Ishme-Dagan. His father arranged for him to marry the daughter of the Hurrian king Zaziya.
He was forced to pay tribute to Hammurabi of Babylon during his reign.
