Who is N. V. N. Somu?
N. V. N. Somu was an Indian politician and former Member of Parliament elected from Tamil Nadu. He was elected to the Lok Sabha as a Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from North Chennai constituency in 1984 and 1996 elections. He is the son of DMK leader N. V. Natarajan. He died in a helicopter crash when he was the defence minister for state in the central government.
