Who is Nan-Horng Yeh?

Mr

Yeh has served as our Chief Executive Officer since May 2005.

Previously, Mr. Yeh was a director and vice president of Realtek

Semiconductor Corp. He also served as a director and the president of

Globaltec Management Consulting Corp. as well as Globaltec Technology

Partner I Venture Capital Corp. Mr. Yeh holds a Master of Business

Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a

Bachelor of Science degree in transportation management from National

Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
