Who is Nancy L. Weiss?
Nancy L. Weiss, M.D., of West Springfield, Massachusetts, was Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine and specialized in evaluation and surgical treatment of breast disease. She is past president of the Hampden District Medical Society and a founding member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Dr. Weisss concern for habitat preservation and desire to protect and conserve birds has led to her involvement in the conservation community. Dr. Weiss was a member of the Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Bird Conservancy and the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
