Who is N. D. Tiwari?

Narayan Dutt Tiwari is an Indian politician affiliated with the Indian National Congress party. He was thrice Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and once Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. In 1986–1987, he served in Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi's cabinet as Minister for External Affairs. He was serving as Governor of Andhra Pradesh from 2007 until 2009, when he was forced to resign following a sex scandal.
