Who was Nicaise Auguste Desvaux?
Nicaise Auguste Desvaux was a French botanist.
From 1817, he served as director of the botanical garden in Angers. He described the botanical genera Neslia, Rostkovia and Didymoglossum. The genus Desvauxia is named in his honor.
