Who was Nikolai Kibalchich?

Mykolaj Ivanovych Kybalchych was a Ukrainian scientist, taking part in the assassination of Tsar Alexander II as the main explosive expert for Narodnaya Volya, and also a rocket pioneer. He was the paternal uncle of revolutionary Victor Serge.
