Who is Oleksandr Turchynov?

Oleksandr Valentynovych Turchynov is a Ukrainian politician, a screenwriter, a Doctor of Economic Sciences. Turchynov is the first deputy chairman of the political party All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland". Turchynov was acting Prime Minister after former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko's government was dismissed on 3 March 2010; till the Verkhovna Rada appointed Mykola Azarov as Prime Minister on 11 March 2010.
