Who is Oliver Hollis?

Oliver Hollis is an actor and motion capture actor. Oliver has performed in a range of television, film and theatre productions as well as a providing motion capture for a range of big name video games. Oliver's credited career began in 2004 with his performance as a motion capture actor in the popular video game, Alias. His early career goes back further, after a period of training to a high level in several gymnastic and martial arts disciplines, he acted in several amateur plays at Nottingham's Lace Market theatre. His performances were roundly well received and were followed by excellent reviews in The Evening Post – the most popular local newspaper in the East Midlands.

Perhaps Oliver's most famous performance was his spell in Gerry Anderson's New Captain Scarlet, the hugely popular 26 episode computer generated children's TV series. He also made a noteworthy contribution as a motion capture actor in the 2007 blockbuster, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Oliver is currently studying at the world famous Bristol Old Vic drama school, which was attended by many heavyweight actors, including Daniel Day-Lewis and Patrick Stewart.
