Who is Park Ki-tae?
Park Ki-tae is the founder of Voluntary Agency Network of Korea, a non-governmental South Korean organization. VANK consists of elementary, middle and high school students who "provide correct information about Korea to international textbook publishing companies and publishers"
Park Ki-tae, born 1974 and graduating from Seokyeong University in 2000, was selected as one of the top “101 most influential people in Korea” by the Seoul Sinmun and awarded the National Assembly of Korea. He became a member of 2008 National Image Development Commission on the Korean Prime Minister's office, commissioned as the spokesperson of Seoul in 2008.
