Who was Parker Thomas Moon?
Parker LeRoy Moon was a U.S. educator and political scientist, born in New York City, and educated at Columbia University, where he became assistant professor in 1919. In 1921, he became managing editor of the Political Science Quarterly.
He was a member of the American Commission to Negotiate Peace in 1918-1919. He was the author of A Syllabus of Imperialism and World Politics,; and The Labor Problem and the Social Catholic Movement in France,. He also contributed to periodicals and year books.
