Who is Pascal Mendy?
Pascal Mendy is a Senegalese footballer currently playing as a defender for Torpedo-BelAZ Zhodino.
A former Dynamo Moscow player and an illegal player in the Moscow Expat Football League, Mendy signed for Kaunas in February 2007 on the understanding that he will eventually be loaned to Scottish club Hearts. Lithuanian-Russian businessman Vladimir Romanov finances both clubs and a number of Kaunas players have already moved to Hearts in this manner. After Kaunas was demoted from A Lyga, Mendy joined the Belarusian Premier League side Partizan Minsk, another club owned by Romanov.
