Who is Paul Chan?
Paul Chan Mo-po MH JP is the current Secretary for Development of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He was a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. He is an accountant and the former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds BBA and MBA degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he is an Adjunct Associate Professor. He has also studied at the Harvard Business School.
