Who is Paul Danna?
Paul Danna, AIA, is a registered architect living and residing in Los Angeles. Danna was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Michigan, and was awarded an internship with the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies. He earned his Master of Architecture degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and while a graduate student he was awarded the James Templeton Kelly Prize.
Upon completion of his degree, Danna was also awarded the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Traveling Fellowship for design excellence. Early in his career, Danna worked with SOM, Houston & Los Angeles; I.M. Pei & Partners, New York; Machado Silvetti, Boston, MA; and Krueck & Olsen, Chicago, IL, KMJR, and AECOM.
Buildings attributed to Danna include the Los Angeles Police Department Headquarters building; Loyola Marymount University William H. Hannon Library, Los Angeles; RAND Headquarters building, Santa Monica; and Korea Development Bank, Seoul.
