Who is Paul Herman?

Paul Herman is an American actor. His appearances in movies include Once Upon a Time in America, At Close Range, Crazy Heart, Silver Linings Playbook, Analyze That, and American Hustle. He also had a recurring role on The Sopranos as "Beansie" Gaeta, as well as another HBO series, Entourage, as Vincent Chase's accountant, Marvin. He has also played minor background characters in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas as The Pittsburgh Connection; and, in the montage sequence 'Back Home, Years Ago' in Scorsese's Casino, as a gambler who rushes to the phone booth to place the same bet that Sam Rothstein did, confident it will be profitable.

In 2009's Crazy Heart, Herman played the tough, successful agent/manager Jack Greene to Jeff Bridges' rough, drunk Oscar-award-winning singer.

In the 1980s, Herman dated Bernadette Peters. He was a co-owner of Columbus Cafe along with Mikhail Baryshnikov. It was located on Columbus Avenue near Lincoln Center.
