Who is Perry Allison?

Perry Allison has over twenty years of experience as a strategic marketing and sales executive in advertising and publishing. Prior to joining Eons, she was the VP, Word of Mouth Marketing at Alloy Media + Marketing . She has been at the forefront of several significant new trends in media—the advent of the internet and online advertising and also the early days of mobile advertising and marketing. She was the VP, Sales of AltaVista and played a key role in growing revenues for the company by developing key commerce initiatives and partnerships. After AltaVista she became one of the founding executives at SkyGo, a mobile marketing company. Allison helped lead the way in evangelizing the new medium of mobile marketing. She also served as the Global Chairperson for the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). She has held an accomplished record of marketing and sales positions with leading Internet sites and print publications including Alloy, Bolt, NewsPage, Walking Magazine, Sports Illustrated, Inc. Magazine and SAIL Magazine. She also spent several years working at advertising agencies in Boston and San Francisco.

Allison received a BA in English and Theatre from Skidmore College. In her spare time, she is a soccer mom, acts and directs for community theatre and sings in an acapella group. She also serves on the Board of Young Audiences of Massachusetts.
