Who is Phyllis Kahn?
Phyllis L. Kahn is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party, she represents District 60B, which includes portions of the city of Minneapolis in Hennepin County in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. She is a retired professor of Biophysics.
