Who is Policarp Malîhin?
Policarp Malîhin is a Romanian sprint canoer who competed in the late 1970s. He won a bronze medal in the K-2 500 m event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.
Malîhin also won three medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with two silvers and a bronze.
