Who is Quincy Carter?
Lavonya Quintelle "Quincy" Carter is a retired American football quarterback. He was drafted in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at the University of Georgia.
Carter has also been a member of the New York Jets, Montreal Alouettes, Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings, Kansas City Brigade and Abilene Ruff Riders.
