Rachel Zeskind is a Christian author, speaker and teacher. She is the founder of Rachel Zeskind Wellness Ministries and founder of Body Church.
Rachel has two published books, Total Transformation and Wellness For Christians.
Her ministry work is focused on biblical wellness and helping people grow in maturity and authentic relationship with Jesus as they develop into God's best from the inside out and the outside in. Her teachings center around areas of the mind, body, heart and the soul.
Rachel speaks at conferences and churches around the world.
