Who was Ramana Reddy?

Ramana Reddy or T. V. Ramana Reddy or Tikkavarapu Venkata Ramana Reddy was an Indian actor and comedian, best known for his work in Telugu cinema in the 1950s and 1960s.He is the Paternal Uncle of T. Subbarami Reddy of Gayathri group and Member of Parliament

He has debuted in 1951 with the film Mayapilla directed by R. S. Prakash. He has played many roles opposite N.T. Rama Rao and A.N.R. Some of his memorable roles are David in Missamma and Chinnamayya in Mayabazar.

He worked as a Sanitary Inspector before becoming an actor. He is good at Magic, used to give Magic shows and helped many voluntary organizations.
